Ask about the work
Ask about a missed close, a recipe change, who's trained or what stock is low. Add a photo, PDF or CSV, or speak your request.
AICodex Copilot
Codex Copilot is an AI agent for owners and managers. Ask in plain words, in your language. It reads and acts across every module, brand and location you run. Changes are logged with undo.
No commands to learn
There is no menu of commands to learn. Ask about records, compare locations or have Copilot make the change across your group.
How it works
Ask about a missed close, a recipe change, who's trained or what stock is low. Add a photo, PDF or CSV, or speak your request.
See missed tasks, low stock and overdue training by location. Reports use the dashboard's calculations and show locations covered, how numbers were found and any assumptions.
Assign the follow-up, update a shift or receive an invoice while you review the work across your locations.
One conversation
Find a pattern across locations, then have Copilot assign a follow-up task and build training from the manual in the same conversation.
Everything it can reach
Owners work across every brand and location. Managers work across the locations they run.
Find missed closing tasks, compare completion by location and assign managers a follow-up task.
Find a recipe or policy, then share a recipe with the right team or role.
See who finished training, assign a path or test and review sign-offs by location.
Check stock by location, then adjust counts, log waste or receive a delivery from an invoice.
See team roles and shifts, put people on shifts, invite staff or change their access.
Compare task completion and stock across brands, with each report naming the locations it covers.
Your tools, through MCP
Ask about your POS, accounting, scheduling, HR, documents and email in the same conversation as your restaurant records.
In November 2026, managers describe a dashboard, mini app or workflow and Copilot builds it from live records inside their permissions. The software starts fitting your group, not the other way round.
Your next tool can be anything your group needs to run better.
Control
Copilot works within each person's access. Review recorded changes, undo them when available and approve certain actions before they happen.
Owners can work across every brand and location. Managers can work only in the locations they run, and their announcements go only to those locations.
Copilot asks first before deleting multiple records, inviting someone to a higher access level, changing or removing access, or following instruction-like file or record text.
Changes record before and after values and who made them. The panel lists the last 25 with Undo and labels actions that cannot be undone, like sent announcements.
Each conversation belongs to one person in one organization. That person can search the conversation history.
Uploaded files and record text are information for Copilot to read, never instructions for the AI to follow.
Copilot cannot message one individual or change billing or passwords. Those requests are outside its reach.
