Restaurant Codex is the operating system for multi-location restaurant groups. It includes Operations, Knowledge Base, Training and LMS, Inventory, Codex Copilot and Codex Bot. Owners and managers use the dashboard. Staff use the app. Miami-based Food Hub & Restaurant Codex LLC was founded in 2026 by chef Jose David Castro Zabarain, known as David Castro.

Owners and operators of multi-location restaurant groups, typically 2 to 30 locations, use Restaurant Codex to run every location like their best one without being there.
Owners, GMs, area managers and kitchen managers use the dashboard. Servers, hosts, bartenders, cooks and dish use the staff app on their own phones.

- Operations: Operations holds recurring tasks and checklists, with photo proof and alerts, so managers can follow up on work across locations.
- Knowledge Base: Knowledge Base holds recipes, SOPs, policies and the house manual. Codex Bot answers staff questions from these records and shows the entry it used.
- Training and LMS: Training and LMS holds role-based paths, tests, manager sign-off and certificates, so teams learn and managers can confirm completion.
- Inventory: Inventory holds counts, supplier invoices, waste and food cost by location, helping managers track stock and owners review operating costs.
- Codex Copilot: Codex Copilot is the AI agent owners and managers use to read and change records across the modules, brands and locations they can access.

Owners, admins, GMs and managers use the dashboard to work with the locations and records their roles allow. It runs in any modern browser.
Staff install the app from a browser on iPhone or Android, with no app store. They sign in with a texted code after an SMS invite or QR code.
